Do you love your brand? The ultimate expression of love is God, for God is love. He set the example for us in John 3:16, "For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son…" God didn't just "say" He loved us, He showed us and continues to show us every minute of every day. God's brand is love and we know that not because we saw a billboard or a website or got a text message from heaven telling us so, but because our experience with Him and His relationship with us is based in love. God loves His brand. So let me ask you again, do you love your brand?

When people first come in contact with you they see you from several different viewpoints based on what is important to them. Some people look at a person's shoes first because they deem that as important, while other people look at your clothes or how you match your colors. The old adage, "You never get a second chance to make a first impression" applies to churches and ministries as much as it applies to our own personalities.
To be successful in ministry or in business requires that we make a positive first impression on everyone we encounter. If we are lacking or deficient in any area it will negatively impact those who view that to be an important element in pursuing a relationship. In this article we will look at an analogy that compares your outer appearance to your ministry appearance to illustrate how important each facet of your look is individually and how it all works together to "complete your look".

What In the World Are You Doing?
Recently I traveled to Boracay Island in the Philippines and was astonished by the breathtaking view of the spectrum of turquoise blue water so clear you could see the bottom at waist deep, laced with white sand beaches surrounded by lush green palm trees and majestic mountains in the back drop.
There was an hour and a half ride through the countryside on the way to my resort where we got to see how some of the native Filipino's lived. We passed by little children standing in muddy entranceways and mothers washing their laundry against rocks. It was very humbling to say the least, but more than that it made me think, if it hurt my heart to see people live like this, how much more does it hurt God’s?
